RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Soulmate Home Online.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by Soulmate Home Online are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally considered final once the digital file has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable consumer law.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Please contact us if:

  • You received the wrong digital file.

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchased file.

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

We will first attempt to provide a replacement file or resolve the technical issue. If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be issued where appropriate.

CHANGE OF MIND

We generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases after a digital file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you contact us before accessing or downloading your file, we may review your cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where local law provides a right to cancel a digital-content purchase, that right may be affected once digital delivery begins where the customer has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the applicable loss of cancellation rights.

Please review the product description, file format, artwork style, and other product information carefully before purchasing.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printer, paper, and print settings. Minor color differences are not considered a product defect.
